牛磺酸对自发性高血压大鼠血小板聚集的影响

目的:探讨牛磺酸对自发性高血压大鼠血小板聚集的影响。方法:8只Wistar为空白对照组、16只自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)随机分为模型组和牛磺酸组,每组8只。牛磺酸组以牛磺酸3 g/(kg.d)灌胃,其余两组均以等容积生理盐水灌胃。连续给药2 w后分别检测各组大鼠血小板聚集率(Pt-Ag),血浆NO与血小板浓度及NOS活性。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组及牛磺酸组Pt-Ag显著升高(P0.05),血浆NO浓度、NOS活性均显著降低(P0.05);与模型组比较,牛磺酸组Pt-Ag降低(P0.05),血浆NO浓度、NOS活性均显著升高(P0.05)。结论:牛磺酸可显著降低自发性高血压大鼠的血小板聚集率,该作用可能是通过增加NO合成、提高NOS活性实现的。

Effect of Taurine on Platelet Aggregation in Spontaneous Hypertensive Rats

Objective：To evaluate the effect of taurine on platelet aggregation in spontaneous hypertensive rats.Methods：8 wistar rats were in blank control group,16 spontaneous hypertensive rats were randomly divided into model group and tau-rine treatment group（n=8）.The platelet aggregation rate,NO concentration in the plasma,and eNOS activity in the platelets were detected after 2 w administration successively.Results：Compared with blank control group,platelet aggrega-tion rate was significantly increased,NO concentration and eNOS activities were decreased in model group（P0.05）.Compared with model group,platelet aggregation rate was reduced and NO concentration were significantly increased in taurine treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Taurine possesses the effect of reduction platelet aggregation rate of sponta-neous hypertensive rats which is probably related to raising of eNOS activity and NO levels.
