| 摘 要： | 目的：观察健脾中药对骨质疏松症大鼠骨组织形态的改善作用。方法：55只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、葡萄糖酸钙组、雌激素组、参归促钙灵组5组，每组11只。造模后分别灌胃给予相应药物，给药3个月后，处死动物制作骨骼切片。通过半自动图像分析仪测量股骨下端的骨小梁、类骨质的表面积、周长、宽度、各类组织的交界面、成骨细胞及破骨细胞数等数据。运用计算机分析仪测量骨小梁体积密度、骨小梁表面积密度、类骨质体积密度、类骨质表面积密度、成骨细胞指数、破骨细胞指数等参数。结果：参归促钙灵联合葡萄糖酸钙、雌激素联合葡萄糖酸钙均能显著增加骨小梁体积密度及表面积密度，升高成骨细胞指数，降低破骨细胞指数，两纽比较差异无统计学意义。结论：参归促钙灵联合葡萄糖酸钙、雌激素联合葡萄糖酸钙既能抑制骨吸收，又能刺激成骨细胞产生更多的骨基质，使骨代谢转为正平衡．使丢失的骨量得到一定程度的恢复。从而有效地阻止骨质疏松症的发展。
