摘    要:介绍面向中医临床诊疗实践的临床科研信息一体化平台,该平台在临床术语规范研究的基础上,实现对中医临床病历数据的结构化采集,并通过临床数据的集成管理,实现囊括海量临床数据存储、数据抽取-转换-装载、数据整理、多维分析和数据挖掘等功能的中医临床数据仓库平台。该平台面向中医临床研究的分析需求,建立了面向三大疾病如糖尿病、中风、冠心病,以及名老中医临床经验分析的多维分析系统,并针对多种中医临床问题进行了多种数据挖掘方法应用研究。该平台有望成为实现中医临床湿干研究模式的技术支撑体系,从而推动中医个体诊疗临床实践和研究的水平。

Abstract:We report our work on research and development of a unified TCM clinical and research information platform, which constitutes of structured computerized patient record system, data management system and data warehouse based clinical intelligent analysis system etc. The clinical terminology research is the basis of the platform. A specific ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading) tool is developed to integrate multiple operational data sources formed by distributed structured computerized patient record systems. Meanwhile, we have developed a web OLAP system based on Business Objects platform (a famous commercial business intelligence tool) on empirical knowledge discovery of famous elder doctor and the analysis of TCM clinical therapies on chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Furthermore, we have studied on the data mining for TCM clinical applications. The platform will be the infrastruc- ture for TCM clinical wet-dry cycle research mode, and will boost the TCM research and individualized medical practice.
