| 摘 要： | 电子病历已成为我国“十二五”期间医疗信息化建设的重要内容，是区域医疗和居民电子健康档案建设的基础核心系统和重要数据来源。主要根据目前电子病历发展中的瓶颈，探讨未来电子病历发展的临床型和科研型电子病历选择问题、电子病历标准化实现以及如何应用XML技术实现电子病历管理及决策支持问题，进行初步探索，并提出方法与建议。

| Abstract: | Electronic medical record has ranked as important contents in medical information construction of the 12th Five-year plan, and it is the core system and key data source of regional medical treatment and resident electronic health record construction. Aimed at the bottleneck in current development of electronic medical record, it discussed the option of clinical and scientific research electronic medical record in future development, the realization of standard electronic medical record, how to use XML to manage electronic medical record, and decision support, and besides, it preliminarily explored the problems, and put forward methods and suggestions. |
