Myrian图像后处理技术在老年早期肺癌诊断与治疗中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:探讨Myrian图像后处理技术在老年早期肺癌临床诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年11月至2019年5月沧州市人民医院胸外科收治的70例高度怀疑早期肺癌的肺结节病患者作为研究对象。所有患者均接受胸部螺旋CT检查,并经组织病理学检查或手术证实结节性质,并通过Myrian后处理软件的虚拟手术切除技术进行早期肺癌的虚拟切除,研究Myrian图像后处理技术在老年早期肺癌临床诊断与治疗中的应用价值。结果:70例疑似早期肺癌的肺结节病患者共94处结节灶,经病理学证实为早期肺癌恶性结节56处,良性结节38处。CT扫描显示所有肺结节直径均小于3cm,Myrian后处理技术对早期肺癌的敏感性为91.07%,特异性为84.21%;基于Myrian图像后处理技术获取的虚拟切除手术相应指标(病灶体积、手术用时、剥离健康肺组织体积、康复时间)与实际切除手术指标比较无显著差异(P>0.05),根据虚拟手术切面行病灶切除首次切缘阴性率为94.64%(53/56)。结论:基于常规螺旋CT影像数据的Myrian图像后处理技术可显著提升老年早期肺癌的临床诊断能力,能够立体、直观、清晰显示肿瘤组织的形态、周围累及与气管、血管的空间关系,并通过虚拟切除术实现肺癌术前精确评估,对提升早期肺癌手术治疗安全性以及术中操作效率具有重要意义。

Application Value of Myrian Image Post-processing Technology in Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Lung Cancer in the Elderly

Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of Myrian image post-processing technology in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early lung cancer in the elderly.Methods:70 cases of pulmonary sarcoidosis with high suspicion of early lung cancer admitted to thoracic surgery of Cangzhou People’s Hospital from November 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent thoracic spiral CT examination and confirmed the nature of nodules by histopathology or surgery.Myrian image postprocessing technology in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early lung cancer in the elderly application value.Results:CT scan showed that the diameter of all pulmonary nodules was less than 3 cm,and the sensitivity and specificity of Myrian post-processing technology for early lung cancer were 91.07%and 84.21%.The corresponding parameters of virtual resection based on Myrian image post-processing technology and actual resection operation were obtained.There was no significant difference in the indicators(P>0.05).The negative rate of the first margin of excision according to the virtual surgical section was 94.64%(53/56).Conclusion:Myrian image post-processing technology based on conventional spiral CT image data can significantly improve the clinical diagnostic ability of early lung cancer in the elderly.It can display the shape of tumor tissue stereoscopicallyn.
