微信平台在肿瘤化疗PICC置管患者全程护理中的应用效果评价

目的:分析微信平台在肿瘤化疗PICC置管患者全程护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年6月至2018年6月武汉市中心医院收治的肿瘤化疗PICC置管患者240例,随机分为研究组及对照组,每组120例。研究组利用微信平台开展全程护理,对照组给予传统全程护理。干预3个月后,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组PICC置管并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组PICC置管并发症发生率25.83%(P<0.01)。研究组患者对护士宣教PICC知识满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组患者对护士宣教PICC知识满意度70.00%(P<0.01)。结论:微信平台在肿瘤化疗PICC置管患者全程护理中的应用价值较大,可以有效减少PICC置管并发症,提升患者满意度。

The Evaluation of the Application Effect of We Chat Platform in the Whole-process Nursing of Patients with PICC in Tumor Chemotherapy

Objective:To explore the effect of WeChat Platform in the whole-course nursing care of PICC patients undergoing tumor chemotherapy.Methods:240 patients with PICC were randomly divided into study group and control group,120 cases in each group.The study group used the WeChat platform to carry out the whole course nursing,while the control group received traditional whole course nursing.After 3 months intervention,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of catheterization complications in the study group was 6.67%,significantly lower than that in the control group(25.83%)(P<0.01).The degree of satisfaction with PICC knowledge was 96.67%in the study group,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:WeChat Platform is of great value in the whole-course nursing care of patients with PICC catheterization in tumor chemotherapy,which can effectively reduce the complications of PICC catheterization and improve patient satisfaction.
