我国卫生信息化发展策略研究

卫生信息化是医药卫生体制改革的重要内容，也是推动卫生事业发展和卫生改革的有效手段，对于降低整个医疗成本、减少医疗差错、提高医疗服务质量、合理配置卫生资源具有重要作用。系统梳理了我国卫生信息化发展历程，对当前影响我国卫生信息化建设的关键问题进行了深入剖析，并在组织规划、资金投入、人才培养、标准研发、效果评价等方面提出了促进卫生信息化健康发展的政策建议。

Strategy Research on Health Informatization Development in China

Health informatization is one important component of the health reform, as well as one efficient measure impelling health development and health reform, which could reduce health cost and medical errors, improve health service quality and optimize resources allocation,. Combining with the histroy of national health informatization, the paper analyses the main problems in depth, and puts forward policy suggestions-planning and organization, financing, human resource development, industry standard research and implementation and effectiveness evaluation-to promote health informatizaiton in China.
