医院信息化建设在医院发展中的作用研究

目的：探讨医疗信息化在医院发展中的作用。方法：通过对医院信息化现状、存在的共性问题、医院信息化建设对医院发展的价值等多层次分析揭示医院信息化的重要性。结果：医院信息化建设经历了从提高操作效率，到保障医疗质量，再到基于预防和健康管理的区域协作医疗三个层次，仍存在顶层设计不到位、安全管理漏洞、经费投入不足、发展模式有待完善等问题。未来医疗信息化将朝系统整合、数据集成及应用、移动及区域医疗云技术等方向发展。结论：信息化在医疗发展中集经济价值、临床价值及服务价值于一体，具有重要作用。

The Study of Informatization Construction in the Development of Hospital

Objective： To discuss the role of medical informatization in the development of hospital. Methods： It reveals the importance of hospital informatization construction by analysis of the status quo of hospital informatization, problems in common, values of hospital informatization construction for the development of hospital. Results： The hospital informatization construction has experienced three stages： improving operational efficiency, securing the quality of healthcare, regional cooperative healthcare based on prevention and health management. There are still some problems such as top-level design not in place, loopholes in security and management, insufficient funding, imperfect development mode in the hospital informatization construction. The trend of Medical informatization construction is towards system integration, data integration and application, mobile and regional medical cloud technologies in the future. Conclusion： Informatization, which economic value, clinical value and service value lie in together, plays a vital role in the development of medical and health.
