| 摘 要： | 上海申康医院发展中心启动建设的医联工程项目经过三年实施建设取得了良好成效。通过回顾总结医联工程项目筹建期间项目立项策划和申请、项目可行性论证分析、总体规划和目标设计、项目经费筹集和分配、关键技术方案论证制定、招投标等工作经验。阐明筹建工作对大型区域医疗信息系统建设项目管理的重要性和必要性。

| Abstract: | The article is to conclude and share the experiences of designing and implementing the ＂Shanghai Hospitals Data Exchange and Sharing System＂ project. Based on the analysis of the application, feasibility, design, target, funds and key technical solutions of the project, we conclude that the previous preparation of the project is very important and necessary for the successful implement of the large IT project. |
