| 摘 要： | 介绍了临床路径的概念。讨论了实现临床路径管理与电子病历系统的关系，并提出真正实现临床路径管理的必要条件及其意义。研究在电子病历系统基础上开发临床路径管理的流程设计，强调电子病历系统的智能病历质量控制是实现临床路径管理的重要手段和关键环节。

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the concept of clinical pathways, to discuss relation the clinical path management to electronic medical records system, as well as to put forward some necessary conditions and significance of implementation the clinical path management. It study the development of the clinical path design based on electronic medical records system, to emphasizing it is an important means and one of the key steps that intelligent quality control medical records system is to perform clinical path management. |
