| 摘 要： | 医院与信息软件公司合作，开发了护理不良事件及接近错误事件上报系统。通过在医院信息系统中建立护理不良事件及接近错误事件上报的模块，提高病区护士长上报不良事件及接近错误事件的工作效率，为护理管理者分析、处理不良事件及接近错误事件提供信息化支持。以此寻找影响护理不良事件发生的根本原因，从而最大限度地避免类似事件的重复发生。

| Abstract: | We developed a nursing adverse events and near miss events reporting system through cooperation with information software company. To improve the efficiency of head nurses of wards on nursing adverse events and near miss events reporting, and to provide information support for nurse administrators on analysis and dealing with adverse events and near miss events through the establishment of module for nursing adverse events and near miss events reporting in information systems. Thus to explore the root causes of nursing adverse events and maximally avoid recurrence of similar incidents. |
