医保结算系统与对外接口整合解决方案及实现

目的：设计开发整合医保结算系统,以实现一台终端一个程序一种操作可以结算所有不同医保类型的患者费用.方法：通过分析不同医保系统动态链接库的函数、参数、返回值,梳理各种医保功能模块,制定统一数据流标准,编写整合结算程序.结果：医院收费核算室使用新编写的整合结算程序后,大大提高了工作效率,取得良好效果.结论：HIS结算系统与不同医保系统接口的整合,不仅方便了患者就医,改善了医院的服务水平,而且提高了收费窗口的工作效率,完善了医院的信息系统.

Medical Insurance Settlement System and External Interface Integration Solution and Its Implementation

Objective：To design,development,integrate settlement system for realizing a terminal server,a program; an operation can settle all kinds of medical insurance accounts.Method：Through analyzing the function,parameter and returned value of diverse external medical system dynamic link library,combing kinds of medical insurance functional modules and establish uniform standard of data stream to integrate settlement program.Result：After using new settlement system,accounting department of our hospital greatly improve the work efficiency and achieve good results.Conclusion：The integration of HIS settlement system and diverse external medical system is not only more convenient for patient and enhance service level of hospital,but also improve the work efficiency of charge staffand perfect information system.
