以电子病历为核心的中小医院信息系统构建研究

电子病历是医院病历现代化管理的必然趋势。随着电子病历应用试点工作的开展，其发展在医院信息化建设中得到了空前重视。卫生部将推动电子病历作为公立医院改革试点的重点工作，电子病历已成为等级医院评审检查的主要内容。课题通过对黄冈市部分县市区中等规模医院信息化建设现状和电子病历应用需求进行调查研究，目的在于对中小型医院建立以电子病历为核心的医院信息系统构建进行初步研究。

Research on the Construction of Information System for Small and Mid-Sized Hospitals Centering on Electronic Medical Record

The establishment of electronic medical record is an inevitable outcome during the development of modernization management on hospital medical record. Along with its trial execution, the development of electronic medical record draws great attentions during the construction of hospital information. The Ministry of Health puts the promotion of electronic medical record at a key position during trial reform of public hospital. The development of electronic medical record has been taken as a major item during the appraisal of hospital ranking. This subject aims at preliminary research on the construction of hospital information system for small and mid-sized hospitals centering on electronic medical record through the investigation and research on current status of hospital information construction and application demand of electronic medical record on part of mid-sized hospitals in Huanggang City.
