| 摘 要： | 结合昌吉州人民医院数字化医院的建设实际以及战略愿景，采用平衡计分卡的方法，按照科学性、合理性、客观性、敏感性、可行性、前瞻性的原则建立以财务、客户、内部流程、学习成长的四个维度以及关键的22个指标体系，对“数宁化医院”应用价值进行系统、客观、公正地评价打分，通过得分及对应评级评估“数字化医院”的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Combined with actual construction and strategic vision of digital hospital of Changai People＇s Hospital, with the method of balanced scorecard, according to the principles of scientificalness, rationality, objectivity, sensitivity, feasibility and perspectiveness, 22 index systems are established from financial, customer, internal process, and learning and development. Application value of digital hospital is evaluated and rated systematically, objectively and fairly. Through the scores and corresponding rating, application value of digital hospital is evaluated. |
