| 摘 要： | 对目前军队优惠家属无法既享受军队优惠，又同时能享受地方医保待遇的问题进行了探讨，创造性地提出了一个基于政策又符合实际情况的解决方案，并予以实现，为国内类似研究起到了一定的示范性作用。
