消毒供应中心信息化管理系统构架与应用

目的：介绍消毒供应中心信息化管理系统的构架及其应用情况。方法：系统构架分两人体系，垂直追溯体系完善无菌包在回收、清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌、发放、使用等流程相关的追溯信息，使无菌包纳入追溯循环之中，进行闭环式临管：水平管理体系对科事物品库、员工管理、质量控制、科室培训、满意度调查等数据信息进行全面规范管理。结果：应用消毒供应中心信息化管理系统，实现消毒供应工作流程规范化、精细管理数字化、临控管理动态化、岗位管理开放化，也使消毒供应中心工作质量及效率提高、护理人员内在素质优化、消毒供应中心管理水平全面提升。结论：设计并运用消毒供应中心管理系统．实现消毒供应服务保障精细、优质、安全、高效、规范的管理目标。

Architecture and Application of Information Management System in Central Sterile Supply Departlnent

Objective： This paper introduces architecture and application of the information management system in the disinfection supply center. Method： The system architecture is divided into two systems. Vertical traceability system improves traceability information of sterile package related to recycling, cleaning, disinfection, packaging, sterilization, distribution, use and other processes, so that the sterile package is included in the trace cycle for the closed-loop supervision; and horizontal management system conducts a comprehensive and standard management of articles library of department, staff management, quality control, department training, satisfaction survey and other data and information. Results： With information management system of disinfection supply center, the process standardization of disinfection supply work, digital fine management, dynamic monitoring management and open post management are realized. It also improves work quality and efficiency of the disinfection supply center, optimize internal quality of the nursing staff and improve management level of disinfection supply center. Conclusion： Management system of disinfection supply center is designed and used to realize the management goal of fine, high-quality, safe, efficient and standardized disinfection supply service.
