| 摘 要： | 介绍了一卡通系统的关键业务、运行实施过程，呈现出一卡通服务模式高效、简约的优势及应用效果和系统安全策略。二代身份证接口及LIS、PACS与一卡通系统的融合，充分实现了就诊信息的高度共享。一卡通的实施加快推进了医院信息化建设进程，缓解了“看病难”的矛盾，并在解决传统医疗服务模式中存在的瓶颈问题方面，取得很好的应用效果。

| Abstract: | It introduces the main business process and implementation procedure of ＂one-card-pass＂ system. It also introduces the advantage of higher efficiency and convenience, applied effect and systemic safety strategy of ＂one- card-pass＂ system. The fusion of the second ID connector, LIS, PACS system and ＂one-card-pass＂ system realizes the fully sharing of visiting information of patient. The implementation of ＂one-card-pass＂ system promotes the hospital information construction and relieves the contradiction of ＂difficult consultation for patient ＂ . It also solves the bottle neck problem in conventional service mode. An excellent applied effect has been acquired. |
