摘 要: | 最小化法是一种动态随机算法,用于在临床研究中进行病例随机分配。首先介绍了最小化随机算法和中央随机系统,然后根据中医药改善脑积水临床研究课题的方案对最小化动态随机算法设计和实现过程进行了分析,最后对最小化法在临床研究中实现的可重复性等关键问题进行讨论。

Abstract: | The minimization method is a dynamic randomized algorithm, and applied to make random case distribution in clinical research. It firstly introduces the minimized and randomized algorithm and the central randomization system. and analyzes the design and realization process of minimized dynamic randomized algorithm according to the ctinica research subject plan of hydrocephalus improved by traditional Chinese medicine. In the end, it discusses key problems such as the reproducibility of minimization method realized in clinical research. |
