| 摘 要： | 论述了财务管理信息化的含义及其必要性，指出财务管理是整个信息化建设和医院未来发展不可或缺的部分；并阐明了财务管理信息化建设的前提条件，即：要与先进管理理念相结合、要优化工作流程、要抓好“一把手工程”、要引进适合的软件等；最后，提出了财务管理信息化的建设目标，即实现财务业务一体化。

| Abstract: | It states the meaning and necessity of finance management informatization, and points out that the finance management is indispensable for the informatization construction and hospital＇ s future development. Additionally, it clarifies the precondition of informatization construction of finance management, which means to combine with the advanced management concept, optimize the working procedure, catch the ＂head project＂ , and introduce the suitable software, etc. At last, it puts forward the construction goal of finance management informatization, which refers to realize the integration of finance and business. |
