| 摘 要： | 以郴州市第一人民医院（集团）信息管理集成平台建设为例，阐述了在医院集团内部建立的各医疗区之间基于医疗业务本身的可分可合的分布式数据库的业务构架，提出了一种新型的基于消息机制的集团医院信息集成模式。
