基于电子病历的医疗质量管理系统设计与应用

随着医院信息化建设的飞速发展，医院信息系统的建立、完善和铺开已经成为医疗信息化建设的一个重要组成部分。现在医院信息系统已不满足单纯的医疗业务流程自动化。而希望能够更好地利用系统中积累的大量医疗数据以辅助业务处理、提供数据分析、决策支持和医疗诊断支持。提升医疗质量加强医疗质量管理是医院发展的重点，建立完善的医疗质量管理系统。为医院监控和管理电子病历提供了有效的管理途径。让医疗质量管理工作更便捷、到位。广东省妇幼保健院应用医疗质量管理系统，实现对电子病历质量控制的数字化管理，规范了电子病历书写流程，提高了质量管理工作效率，促进医疗质量管理系统的全面发展。对医院基于电子病历的医疗质量管理系统的设计和开发进行了论述。

Design and Application of Medical Quality Management System Based on Electronic Medical Record

With the rapid development of hospital informatization construction, the construction, improvement, and spread of hospital information system has been an important part of the construction. At present, the hospital information system could not satisfy the automation of pure medical business flow, but hopes that it could assist in business process, and provide data analysis, decision support as well as medical diagnosis support by means of a large amount of medical data accumulated in system. The hospital development focuses on enhancing medical quality and strengthening medical quality management, and including setting up the perfect medical quality management system, to provide the effective management path for hospital supervising and managing the electronic medical records, provide convenience for medical quality management and put the management in place. Our hospital applies the medical quality management system to realize the digital management for quality control of electronic medical record, standardize the written process of electronic medical record, improve the working efficiency of quality management, and accelerate the comprehensive development of medical quality management system. This paper elaborates on the design and development of medical quality management system based on the electronic medical record.
