| 摘 要： | 目的:结合人工智能技术构建面向基层医疗的辅助系统,达到提高基层医疗服务水平与工作效率的目的。方法:基于自然语言处理、语音识别、语音合成等人工智能技术,开发面向基层医疗的人工智能辅助系统。结果:通过开发的系统,在病历质控、辅助诊疗、医嘱质控、外呼随访等实际落地应用中辅助医生临床工作。结论:人工智能辅助系统可以有效提升基层医疗的工作效率与服务质量;最后总结目前系统存在的问题以及未来的发展方向。

Development and Application of the Artificial Intelligence-assisted System for Primary Healthcare |

| Abstract: | Objective: Combined with artificial intelligence technology to construct assistant system for primary healthcare, which can improve the service level and work efficiency for primary healthcare. Methods: Based on various AI technology such as Natural Language Processing(NLP), Automatic Speech Recognition(ASR), Text to Speech(TTS), we have developed the artificial intelligence-assisted system for primary healthcare. Results: In real word instances such as quality control of medical record, auxiliary diagnosis and treatment, medical advice quality control and AI followup, the assistant system can assist doctors in clinical work. Conclusion: The artificial intelligence-assisted system can effectively improve the work efficiency and service quality of primary healthcare. Finally, we summarize the existing problems of the system and the future development direction. |
