门诊划价收费应急系统的设计与应用

目的：为保障医院信息系统发生故障停机时,门诊划价收费系统能维持原来的工作任务,设计了一套划价收费应急程序.方法：在工作站安装本地应急数据库管理系统,对必要的基础数据在应急数据库中进行保存.通过应急程序,进行数据下载,在系统恢复正常后将业务数据回传到主服务器.结果：工作站可快速切换到应急状态,进行正常的划价收费.结论：该程序满足了医院门诊信息系统不可停顿性和数据完整性的要求,完善了医院信息化建设.

Outpatient Charging Emergency System Design and Application

Objective： To design an emergency charging system for normal running of the hospital outpatient charging when a serious failure occurs in hospital information system （HIS）. Methods： To install a local emergency Database Management system on a workstation and store the necessary basic data in it. Through the charging emergency system, data were downloaded in time, and the increased operation data were sent to the main server after the problem was solved. Results： The workstation could be rapidly switched to emergency state to keep normal outpatient charging operation. Conclusion： The program can fulfill the requirements of a hospital with continuous outpatient charging and database completeness. It perfects the hospital informatization construction.
