乳腺癌保乳术后同步放化疗的临床疗效及对患者机体免疫力的影响

【目的】观察保乳术后同步放化疗对早期乳腺癌的疗效及 T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。【方法】将60例行乳腺癌保乳术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例；观察组术后均辅以放疗和化疗，对照组单纯辅以放疗；观察两组患者的临床疗效及外周血CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋细胞百分率变化。【结果】观察组局部复发率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）；外周血CD3＋、CD4＋百分数和CD4＋/CD8＋比值及不良反应构成情况与对照组比较差异不显著（ P ＞0．05）。【结论】早期乳腺癌保乳术后同步放化疗可明显降低患者的局部复发率，且患者可耐受，安全可行，值得应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy after Breast Conserving Surgery and Its Im-pact on Immunity of Patients

[Objective]To observe the efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy for the treatment of early breast cancer after breast conserving surgery and its impact on T-lymphocyte subsets .[Methods]A total of 60 patients undergoing breast conserving surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each group .The observation group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after operation ,while the control group only received radiotherapy .Clinical efficacy and the changes of peripheral blood CD3＋ ,CD4＋ and CD8＋ cell percentage of two groups were observed .[Results]The local recurrence rate of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group ,and there was significant difference（ P〈0 .05） .There was no significant difference in peripheral blood CD3＋ ,CD4＋ percentage ,CD4＋ /CD8＋ ratio and adverse reactions between two groups （ P〉0 .05） .[Conclusion]Concurrent chemoradiotherapy after early breast conserving surgery can obviously reduce the local recurrence rate of patients ,and be tolerated by pa-tients ,and it is safe and feasible .Therefore it is worthy of application .
