摘    要:目的利用光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪(FODT-601),在线监测不同厂家阿莫西林分散片溶出度,以评价其工艺质量。方法采用测定波长272 nm,参比波长550 nm,以水为溶出介质,温度37℃,转速75 r/min,数据采样间隔30 s,监测时间30 min,采用桨法,用光程为5 mm的光纤探头监测其溶出曲线。结果 4个不同厂家的阿莫西林分散片溶出度均符合规定,但溶出速度和曲线存在差异。结论光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪监测手段先进,获得信息更加完整,可以准确、连续、真实地反映药物溶出的过程。
