新疆医科大学2004-2013年国家自然科学基金资助情况分析

目的：总结新疆医科大学2004-2013年国家自然科学基金资助情况，为科研管理提供依据。方法利用数据调查分析的方法，对我校2004-2013年获得的科学基金资助的总体情况、基金类别、年龄、单位、性别和职称进行系统、全面的统计学分析。结果2004-2013年共资助科学基金438项，总资助经费1．6亿余元，资助类别以地区基金为主体、青年科学基金为辅的资助类别格局。年龄以35～50岁为主要人员，＜40岁青年人员获得基金资助人数增多。单位分布以校本部和一附院为主。职称分布以高级职称为主。结论2004-2013年新疆医科大学获得科学基金跨越式上升，获得数量及质量不断增高，但同时也有一定的问题：面上及以上项目极少；中级职称获得基金数太少；需要加强对科学基金政策的研究，建立青年人才储备与培育制度，争取大的项目等，从而更高地提高我校的科学基金的管理工作。

Analytic study on projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation in Xinjiang Medical University in 2004-2013

Objective To investigate the overall situation of projects approved and funded by National Sci-ence Foundation in 2004-2013 in Xinjiang Medical University and to provide a basis for the scientific man-agement of the school.Methods The methods of data collection and analysis were adopted to investigate the overall situation of projects approved and funded by National Science Foundation in 2004-2013,inclu-ding the fund category,age,unit,sex and title system.Results A total of 438 projects were approved and funded by Science Foundation in 2004 - 2013,with a total funding of 160 million yuan,with Regional Funds as the main category and Youth Science Foundation as the supplemental category.The Researchers aged 35-50,the young talents under 40 years and team leaders with senior titles constituted the majority of the approved projects;Xinjiang Medical University and the first affiliated hospital were the major units to get the funds.Conclusion The number of the approved scientific projects funded by National Science Foundation increased greatly in 2004-2013,with the big quality improvement,but some problems still existed：the Surface projects and Surface above projects were comparatively few;the researchers with intermediate title got few funds.Policy researches on the Science Foundation projects,the young talents training and reserving system needed to be strengthened to further improve the science fund management of our school.
