浆膜腔内留置中心静脉导管的临床应用

目的:推广经皮穿刺并浆膜腔内留置中心静脉导管引流浆膜腔积液的诊疗技术。方法:对197例浆膜腔积液患者行浆膜腔穿刺并中心静脉导管置管引流,67例接受胸腔内注射药物治疗。结果:197例留置中心静脉导管的患者中胸腔积液160例,心包积液19例,腹腔积液18例。病因包括结核、肿瘤(胸、腹、心包腔转移)、浆膜腔化脓性感染、肝硬化、心功能不全、结缔组织病等。结论:一次性中心静脉导管治疗浆膜腔内留置微创、安全,使用方便,可同时用于诊断和治疗,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical application of central venous catheter in serositis

Objective: Generalize the technique of puncture the serositis effusion and retention of central venous catheter in serositis. Methods: One hundred and ninty severn cases were punctured and retained central venous catheter, 67 cases were treated with drugs in the serositis through central venous catheter. Results: Among all the cases, 160 cases were pleural effusion, 19 cases were pericarditis, 18 cases were peritoneal effusion, the etiology were tuberculosis, metastasis of neoplasm, suppurative infection, cirrhosis of liver, heart insufficiency, connective tissue diseases etc. Conclusions: The one off central venous catheter in serositis is of security, convenience, can be applied both in diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice to shorten the hospital time. The utilize of central venous catheter in serositis should be generalized in clinic.
