肾细胞癌患者靶向药物治疗的不良反应观察及护理

目的 探讨肾癌患者靶向药物治疗的常见不良反应及其合理的护理措施.方法 观察新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院22例肾细胞癌患者治疗期间出现的常见不良反应,积极给予护理干预,观察护理干预对疗效的影响.结果 靶向药物治疗期间,22例患者均出现不同程度的不良反应,其中乏力、骨髓抑制、手足综合征、皮肤黏膜改变更为多见.经积极护理指导和治疗,患者的不良反应均在一定程度上得到缓解,未影响其继续使用药物,疗效满意.结论 合理的护理措施干预有利于减轻肾癌患者靶向药物治疗期间出现的不良反应,提高靶向药物治疗效果.

Nursing and adverse effect observation during targeted drug treatment of renal cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate common adverse effect during targeted drug treatment of renal cell carcinoma and its reasonable nuring measure.Methods Twenty-two cases of renal cell carcinoma who received targeted drug treatment in our hospital were included in our study.Their common adverse effect during targeted drug treatment were observed,and positively nuring intervention were gavin,decided its effect on therapeutic effect.Results During targeted drug treatment,to some degree,all cases showed adverse reaction,of which debilitation,bone marrow depression,extremity syndrome and derma-membrana mucosa changes appeared more.By positive nuring introduing and treatment,all adverse effects relieved to some degree,which didn′t influence treatment,and we got satisfactory curative effect.Conclusion During targeted drug treatment,all the patients sufferred from renal cell carcinoma,appear some adverse effects,and reasonable nursing measure might relieve adverse effect and enhance therapeutic effect of targeted drug.
