新疆医科大学在校大学生心理状况的调查分析

目的:了解新疆医科大学在校大学生 (新医大学生 )的心理健康状况 ,为开展心理咨询和心理卫生保健服务提供依据。方法:采用症状自评量表 (scl- 90 )对 6 97名新医大学生心理状况进行评定。结果:新医大学生scl- 90各因子得分均高于全国青年组 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;绝大多数因子的得分低于全国大学生 ;汉族和少数民族躯体化和强迫症状 2项因子得分差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;男女大学生敌对和恐怖 2项因子的得分差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同年级大学生躯体化、忧郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执和精神病性 6项因子得分差异有统计意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论:新医大学生心理状况水平低于全国青年组但高于全国大学生水平 ,应开展心理咨询和心理卫生服务 ,在开展工作时应针对不同民族、不同性别、不同年级的特点进行 ,才能收到较好的效果。

Investigation and analysis on mental condition among the college students of Xinjiang Medical University

Objective: To study the mental health of undergraduates of XJMU,in order to take consultation and service for mental problems. Methods: Undergraduates completed scl-90 scale. Results: Undergraduates had higher score in all of factors of scl-90 than young group of whole country,but had lower score in the most of factors than undergraduates of whole country. There were different scores in race? gender and grade. Conclusions: The mental health level of undergraduates of XJMU was lower than young group of country but higher than undergraduates of country. We should develop different mental consultation and mental health service according to different race?gender and grade.
