| 摘 要： | 目的：建立四季三黄片中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC），色谱柱：Diamonsil C18色谱柱（250 mm ×46． mm ，5μm ）；流动相为02．％磷酸溶液-乙腈（78∶22），梯度洗脱，流速：1 mL/min；检测波长：276 nm ；柱温：22℃；进样量为5μL。结果黄芩苷进样量与峰面积在0.0303∽09．090μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r ＝09．999；平均回收率为990．8％，RSD为09．9％，3批三黄四季片中黄芩苷的平均含量分别为15．8、23．5、14．9 m g/g。结论该方简便易行，精密度、重现性良好，结果准确，可用于四季三黄片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determining the content of baicalin in Siji sanhuang tablets . Methods The Diamonsil C18 （250 mm ＆#215; 4 6. mm ,5 μm） was used ,the 0 .2% phosphate acid-acetonitrile （78∶22） as mobile phase .The detection wavelength was 276 nm ,the flow rate was 1 0. mL/min ,the col-umn temperature was 22℃ and the injection volume was 5 μL .Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.030 3∽0. 909 0 μg （r =0 .999 9） ,the average recovery was 99. 08% and RSD was 0. 99% .Conclusion The method is simple ,accurate and reproducible ,and it can be used for quality control of Siji sanhuang tablets . |
