维医异常黏液质型阳痿病证大鼠模型血脂水平与肝功能相关指标的改变及其生物学意义

目的：研究维医异常黏液质型阳痿病证大鼠模型血脂水平和肝功能相关指标的改变及其生物学意义。方法选用50只性功能正常的雄性 SD 大鼠，随机抽取10只为正常组，其余40只为造模组，采用芫荽实＋菠菜实＋湿寒性环境的干预条件建立异常黏液质证候模型，造模20 w 后通过 APO 勃起实验和性行为学实验筛选出阳痿病证模型，随后从中取8只为病证模型组，从未成阳痿的证候模型中取8只为证候模型组。将所有大鼠禁食8 h以后，用1％戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射（40 mg/kg）麻醉，腹主动脉采血，检测各组大鼠血清甘油三酯（TG）、胆固醇（CHOL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）及白蛋白（ALB）、球蛋白（GLB）、白球蛋白比例（ALB/GLB）、谷丙氨酸（ALT）和谷草氨酸（AST）指标的变化情况。结果病证模型组与证候模型组 TG 水平较正常组显著降低（P ＜0．05），病证模型组 LDL-C 水平较正常组显著升高（P ＜0．05）。病证模型组 ALB、ALB/GLB 水平较正常组显著降低（P ＜0．05），病证模型组 AST 水平较正常组显著升高（P ＜0．05）。结论在异常黏液质阳痿病证大鼠模型中，可能存在肝细胞损伤及脂代谢紊乱。

The changes of blood lipid and liver function indexs with its biological significance in rat model with abmormal balgam syndrome and impotence disease induced by Uyghur medicine

Objective To detect the changes of blood lipid and liver function indexs with its biological significance in rat model with abnormal balgam syndrome and impotence disease induced by Uygur medicine. Methods Fifty normal mature male SD rats were selected in the study,10 of them were randomly chosen as the control group;40 were treated with spinach and coriander diet in a cold and humid environment until the model of abnormal balgam syndrome was established.To select the impotence disease rats model via APO and sexual behavior tests at 20 weeks until establishment of abnormal balgam syndrome rats model, 8 rats were abnormal balgam syndrome and impotence disease model group,the other 8 rats were＆amp;nbsp;abnormal balgam syndrome group.All the rats starve for 8 h,then 1% sodium pentobarbital anesthesia （40 mg/kg）was intraperitoneal injected to the rats,take blood from the abdominal aorta.Detected serum triglycerides （TG）,cholesterol （CHOL）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）,ALB,ALB/GLB,ALT and AST.Results TC level of abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model group and abnormal balgam syndrome model group was significantly lower than normal control group （P 〈0.05）;LDL-C level of abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model group was significantly higher than abnormal balgam syndrome model group and normal control group （P 〈0.05）;ALB,ALB/GLB level of abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model group was significantly lower than normal control group （P 〈0.05）.AST level of abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model group was significantly higher than normal control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion There may be a hepatic cellular damage and lipid metabolism disorders in abnormal balgam syndrome with impotence disease model group.
