推拿结合康复训练治疗中风偏瘫痉挛状态的疗效观察

目的观察推拿结合康复训练治疗中风偏瘫痉挛状态的临床疗效，分析制定出有效的推拿手法，完善诊疗流程，探索新的治疗方案。方法以100例中风偏瘫痉挛状态患者为研究对象，随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（50例），治疗组采用中医推拿疗法结合现代康复疗法，对照组采用单纯现代康复疗法，观察两组患者治疗前后痉挛程度、运动功能的变化。结果治疗组总有效率（90％）明显高于对照组（77％），两组患者痉挛程度疗效比较，差异有统计学意义，治疗组治疗前后各项观察指标差异均有统计学意义；推拿结合康复训练在缓解痉挛状态上优于单纯康复训练治疗。结论推拿手法配合现代康复疗法是治疗中风偏瘫痉挛状态的有效方法。

Efficacy of massage therapy combined with rehabilitation of hemiplegia spasticity

Methods 100 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia, spasticity as the research object, were randomly divided into treatment group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）, the treatment group USES the Chinese medicine massage therapy combined with modern rehabilitation therapy, the control group using pure modern rehabilitation therapy, observe two groups of patients before and after treatment spasm degree, the change of movement function. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （90%） is significantly higher than the control group （77%） of the two groups have statistical significance in spasm degree comparative effectiveness, the treatment group after treatment various observation indexes have statistical significance; Massage combined with rehabilitation training in reducing spasticity is better than simple rehabilitation training on the treatment. Conclusion Improved manipulation intervention with modern rehabilitation therapy is an effective method of treatment of hemiplegia spasticity.
