根管治疗中患者畏惧程度问卷调查分析

目的：了解患者对根管治疗过程中有关方面的畏惧程度。方法：对乌鲁木齐市口腔医院牙体牙髓科做根管治疗的成年患者50例对根管治疗过程中的畏惧程度进行问卷调查分析。结果；局麻注射、钻磨患牙及扩锉根管分别被列为排序中的第4、第5、第6位。有40％的患者在经历过根管治疗后畏惧程度降低。有94％的患者今后仍选择根管治疗来保留患牙。结论：患者对根管治疗各有关方面的畏惧程度不同。局麻注射、钻磨牙齿及扩锉根管是最易引起患者畏惧的方面。

Survey of fear extent toward root canal therapy

Objective:To study the fear extent toward root canal therapy (RCT). Methods:A survey with questionnaires was conducted in 50 adults who had received RCT. Results:Local anesthetic injection,drilling crown and file introducing into or working in root canals were ranked as 4th, 5th, 6th for the fear. 40% of the subjects reported a decrease in fearfulness to endodontic procedures as the result of having experienced RCT. 94% of the patients would choose RCT again for teeth preserving treatment. Conclusion:The fear extent toward RCT depends on the steps of the procedure. Local anesthetic injection, drilling crown and file introducing into or working in root canals may be the most factors for anxiety in patients.
