Delphi法在住院医师规范化培训考核指标体系建立中的应用

目的：建立住院医师规范化培训考核指标体系,为评价住院医师在培训期间的德、才、能、绩提供理论依据.方法：采用文献分析和特尔菲（Delphi）法,经过三轮专家咨询确立指标体系.采用优序图法赋予指标权重.结果：三轮专家咨询积极系数为90.74%、88.89%、90.00%;专家权威程度平均值为0.76、0.80;专家意见的协调系数分别为0.338、0.439、0.672;最终确立住院医师规范化培训考核指标38项：一级指标4项,二级指标22项,三级指标12项,其中政治思想与医德医风、必修理论课、临床实践能力、教学与科研能力4项一级指标的权重系数分别为0.251 4、0.239 9、0.362 8、0.145 9.结论：Delhii法在指标体系的建立中有很好的适用性.专家积极性较高,权威性、协调性较好,筛选出的考核指标可为住院医师规范化培训提供依据.

The application of Delphi method in establishing assessing system of residents training

Objective: The main purpose of the study is to create a set of reasonahle assessing index system on the standardized training of residents (STR) and give theoretical accordance for evaluating The virtue, talent, ability and achievement of the resident during the period of training. Method: To construct the in dex system by document analyse and Delphi method carrying out three times of specialist consultation, and give weight of indexes by precedence chart. Results: The enthusiasm coefficient of specialists in three times were 90. 74 % . 88. 89% , 90. 00% respectively ,The degree of specialist authority were higher and the aver age values were 0. 76, 0. 80 respectively. The coordination coefficient of the specialists opinion were 0. 338, 0. 439 and 0. 672 respectively. There were 38 indexes remained in the final. Among them 4 first grade indexes, 22 second grade indexes and 12 third grade indexes. The weight of the first grade indexes namely political thought and virtue, required courses, ability of clinical practice and ability of teaching and scientific research were 0. 251 4, 0. 239 9, 0. 362 8 and 0. 145 9. Conclusions: Delphi method has a good ap plicability in establishing the index system. The enthusiasm, authority and harmony of specialists are good. The indexes selected by the specialists can give accordance for the STR.
