摘    要:目的:探讨测定花生不同部位中自藜芦醇含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定花生的根、茎、花、果壳、种衣、叶、仁7个部位中自藜芦醇的含量。结果:花生的根、茎、花、果壳、种衣5个部位中含有白藜芦醇,其中花生根中含量最高。方法回收率为98.7%,RSD为2.39%,花生叶、花生仁中不含白藜芦醇。结论:采用HPLC法测定花生中自藜芦醇的含量,方法简便,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective: A method was established to determine the content of resveratrol in each part of peanut. Methods: Root, stem, flower, fruit and seed of peanut were analyzed by HPLC. Result: Resveratrol was detected from each part of peanut, among others; the root is more than others. The average recovery of determination was 98.7%, with RSD 2.39%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, and accurate. It is suitable for determination of resveratrol in each part of peanut by HPLC.
