舒更宁心汤治疗肾阴阳俱虚型围绝经期综合征疗效分析

目的：探讨舒更宁心汤治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效。方法：将60例肾阴阳俱虚型围绝经期综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用中药舒更宁心汤，对照组采用西药倍美力＋安宫黄体酮，比较2组的治疗效果。结果：2组疗效无明显差异（P〉0.05）。治疗组不良反应发生频率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：舒更宁心汤能够明显减轻或消除围绝经期综合征患者的症状，并能改善女性血中激素水平。

The clinical observation cf shugengningxintang in treating 30 patients with perimenopausal syndrome of asthenia of both yin and yang

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of shugengningxintang on the treatment of the climacteric syndrome. Methods: Sixty patients were divided randomly into two groups, 30 patients in each. We adopted the method of nourishing kidney-yin-yang to treat 30 patients (the druge is shugengningxintang) and selected 30 patients as control group (the drug is beimeili tablet and medroxyprogesterone acetate), and compared the clinical effect in both groups. Result: Curative effects had not obvious differences in the two groups, the Chinese native medicine group of side effect was lower than that of the comparison group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Shugengningxintang is able to ease off obviously or eliminate the climacteric syndrome and improve hormone level.
