| 摘 要： | 应用聚合酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术,配合限制片段长短多态现象(restriction fragment length polymorphisms,RFLP)分析,对16例新疆哈萨克族食管癌病人3号染色体短臂3p24等位基因杂合缺失(loss of heterozy-gosity,LOH)进行了测定,并同汉族、维吾尔族食管癌病人3p24杂合缺失进行了比较.结果显示,哈萨克族3p24杂合缺失率为100%(11/11),汉族为42.8%(3/7),维吾尔族为33.3%(1/3).提示3p24EAβMD、EAβH基因座位杂合缺失的检测有可能成为哈萨克族食管癌早期诊断的分子标志.

| Abstract: | The loss of heterozygosity (LOH) at chromosomes 3p24 in 16 Xinjiang Kazak patients with esophageal cancer was detected by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR), restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLP) analysis, and compared Kazak's, Han's and Uygur's LOH. The results showed that LOH were 100% (11/11),42. 8% (3/7),33. 3%(1/3) respectively at the informative cases of Kazak,Han and Uygur nationality. This finding suggests that the measurement of LOH at 3p24 may be a molecular marker in diagnosis of Kazak patients with early esophageal cancer. |
