特布他林雾化吸入联合G5振动排痰仪对AECOPD排痰效果观察

目的：研究特布他林雾化吸入联合G5振动排痰仪对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期排痰的临床效果。方法：COPD急性加重期患者90例,将患者随机分为三组,各30例。入选患者均给予氧疗、抗感染、纠正酸碱失衡和电解质紊乱,A组在此基础上采用特布他林雾化治疗,将特布他林雾化液5 mg用生理盐水稀释成5 ml溶液加入德国PARI（百瑞）雾化吸入器内吸入,雾化时间20 min,3次/d,5 d为1个疗程;B组在此基础上采用G5振动排痰仪治疗,选择频率15～30 Hz,每次15 min,3次/d;C组采用特布他林雾化联合振动排痰仪治疗,雾化后间隔30 min应用振动排痰仪治疗,3次/d。结果：C组与A组和B组患者的排痰量比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,A组和B组患者的排痰量比较差异无统计学意义。结论：特布他林雾化吸入联合G5振动排痰仪对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期排痰效果明显,是治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的优先选择。

Observation on sputum expectoration effect of inhalation Terbutaline combined with G5 vibration sputum expectoration in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective： To study sputum expectoration effect of inhalation terbutaline combined with G5 vibration sputum expectoration in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）.Methods： The patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into three groups,30 patients in every group Group A received 5 mg Terbutaline was diluted to 5 ml with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Solution for nebulization for 20 min three times every day for a 5-day course in 30 patients with AECOPD;group B were given G5 vibration sputum expectoration for 15 min three times every day in 30 patients with AECOPD;group C were treated with inhalation Terbutaline combined with G5 vibration sputum expectoration for 15 min three times every day 30 min after inhalation in 30 patients with AECOPD.Results： The different of the daily sputum volume had statistical significance（P0.05） between group C compared with group A or group B,there was no significance between group A compared with group B of the daily sputum volume.Conclusion： The results indicates that the evident sputum expectoration effect and priority selection of inhalation Terbutaline combined with G5 vibration sputum expectoration in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
