桑麻合剂提取纯化工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究桑麻合剂最佳提取纯化工艺。方法以总黄酮含量为指标,采用正交设计法,对料液比、提取时间、提取次数进行优化;采用单因素筛选法,对浓缩液的相对密度和药液含醇量进行优化。结果优选的水提取工艺条件为加水提取3次,料液比1∶8,提取1 h,乙醇沉淀工艺条件为浓缩液相对密度为1.05~1.10(60℃),药液含醇量为70%。结论最佳工艺组合试验证实,该组合工艺条件较为可行、可靠。

Abstract:Objective To explore the technology of Sangma Mixture extraction and purification.Methods Orthogonal design method was employed to optimize solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction number with total flavonoid content as an indicator;single factor screening method was employed to optimize the relative density and alcohol content of the liquid medicine.Results The optimal water extraction process consisted of three times of extraction,a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶8 and 1 hour of extraction.The optimal ethanol precipitation process consisted of a relative density of 1.05-1.10(60℃) and alcohol content of 70%.Conclusion It is confirmed in the best combination test that the aforementioned process is feasible and reliable.
