| 摘 要： | 目的观察三白草抗炎镇痛作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、棉球肉芽肿实验及醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透实验进行抗炎作用研究;用热板法和扭体法进行镇痛作用研究。结果三白草能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、小鼠棉球肉芽肿增长以及醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加;同时能减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数,提高热板法致痛小鼠痛阈时间。结论三白草具有抗炎和镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Saururus chinensis on anti-inflammatory and analgesic,and to provide experimental evidence for clinical application.Methods The pain model was induced by Acetic acid and the hot-plate tests;the swelling auricle was caused by Xylol,Acetic acid increased peritoneal capillary permeability and cotton ball implanted were used to observe the pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects of Saururus chinensis.Results Saururus chinensis could significantly inhibit the swelling auricles caused by Xylol,the formation of granuloma and the increase of peritoneal capillary permeability;Saururus chinensis could also significantly reduce the stretching times and improve pain threshold of mouse.Conclusion Saururus chinensis has notable effect of anti-inflammation and analgesic. |
