西帕依固龈液预防固定正畸患者早期牙龈炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察西帕依固龈液预防固定正畸患者早期牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法选取固定正畸患者40例,随机分成试验组（使用西帕依固龈液和常规口腔卫生保健措施）和对照组（常规口腔卫生保健措施）,每组20例,正畸治疗开始后试验组使用西帕依固龈液含漱。观察患者正畸治疗前和治疗后1、2、3个月牙龈炎的发生情况,分别测定各指数牙的牙龈指数（GI）、菌斑指数（PLI）以及龈沟出血指数（SBI）,并进行统计学分析。结果固定正畸治疗前,试验组和对照组患者牙龈状况良好,牙周各临床指标值GI、PLI、SBI相比差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;固定正畸治疗1个月及2个月后复查,试验组和对照组牙周各临床指标值均较治疗前上升,但对照组上升更明显,与试验组相比均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,并且治疗2个月后试验组SBI值与对照组相比差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;固定正畸治疗3个月后复查,试验组和对照组牙周各临床指标值继续上升,两组相比差异均有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论西帕依固龈液能有效减少固定正畸患者早期牙龈炎的发生。

Clinical effect of Xipayi Mouth Rinse on preventation of early stage gingivitis in patients of fixed orthodontics

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xipayi Mouth Rinse on preventation of early stage gingivitis in patients of fixed orthodontics.Methods 40 malocclusion patients with fixed appliances were randomly divided into two groups and each group consisted of 20 cases.The experimental group was treated with Xipayi Mouth Rinse and normal oral health measures as soon as fixed orthodontic treatment,the control group was treated with normal oral health measures alone.Observation was made on gingivitis before and after 1,2,3 month of the treatment.The changes of gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI) and sulcus bleeding index(SBI) were measured respectively,and then the statistical analysis was performed.Results There was no statistical significance in the periodontal indices GI,PLI and SBI between two groups before fixed orthodontic treatment;At 1,2 month after the treatment,the levels of GI、PLI and SBI of two groups were all rised,but the control group rised more evident and all showed statistical significances(P < 0.05) compared with the experimental group,and at 2 month after the treatment,the levels of SBI of the experimental group showed significant differences(P < 0.01) compared with the control group;At 3 month after the treatment,the periodontal indexes of two groups continued to rise,and all showed significant differences between two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion Xipayi Mouth Rinse is effective in reducing early stage gingivitis in patients of fixed orthodontics.
