联合使用硫酸镁与间苯三酚治疗急性胃肠炎痉挛性腹痛

目的分析并评价联合使用间苯三酚与硫酸镁在治疗急性胃肠炎痉挛性腹痛中的临床疗效以及不良反应情况。方法将我院急诊内科2009年2月~2011年6月收治的300例胃肠痉挛腹痛患者随机分成甲、乙、丙三组,甲组采用间苯三酚进行治疗,乙组联合使用间苯三酚与硫酸镁进行治疗,丙组采用山莨著碱进行治疗。结果甲组（间苯三酚组）与乙组（硫酸镁联合间苯三酚组）的有效率均高于丙组（山莨若碱组）,差异有高度统计学意义（χ2=54.104,P〈0.01）,乙组有效率高于甲组,但两组之间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。甲组与乙组的腹痛缓解时间均显著少于丙组,乙组用药后的VAS分值最低,表明联合使用药物后患者的疼痛得到了显著缓解。丙组不良反应发生率明显高于甲、乙两组（χ2=27.012,P〈0.01）。结论联合使用间苯三酚与硫酸镁对急性胃肠炎痉挛性腹痛的临床疗效令人满意,该方法安全可靠,不良反应小,值得临床广泛推广。

Combined use of Magnesium Sulfate and Benzene Three Phenol in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis with spastic abdominal pain

Objective To analyze and evaluate the combined use of Benzene Three Phenol and Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis spastic abdominal pain in the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction.Methods From February 2009 to June 2011,a total of 300 cases of patients were treated and randomly divided into A,B,C group,group A were treated with Benzene Three Phenol,group B combined use of Benzene Three Phenol and Magnesium Sulfate treatment,group C by Anisodamine treatment with alkali.Results The efficiency of group A and group B were higher than those in group C,significant difference(χ2 = 54.104,P < 0.01),B group had efficiency higher than that of group A,but no significant difference between the two group(P > 0.05).Group A and group B of the abdominal pain relief time were significantly less than group C,group B after administration of the VAS score lowest,suggesting that the combined use of drugs after the patient’s pain was significantly relieved.Group C adverse reaction rate was significantly higher than that of A and B(χ2 = 27.012,P < 0.01).Conclusion Combined use of Benzene Three Phenol and Magnesium Sulfate on acute gastroenteritis spastic abdominal pain clinical curative effect is satisfactory,the method is safe and reliable,undesirable reaction is little,worthy of clinical application.
