摘    要:目的:探讨氧化苦参碱(OM)抗肿瘤的作用机制,为OM在抗结肠癌方面的应用提供理论依据。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测不同浓度的OM对结肠癌细胞凋亡率及其细胞周期分布的影响。结果:OM具有一定的诱导结肠癌细胞凋亡的作用。可使S期细胞数目减少,随着OM剂量的加大,结肠癌细胞凋亡率增高,与剂量呈正相关。随药物浓度及作用时间的变化。细胞周期分布呈现G1期细胞比例逐渐增高。结论:OM具有一定的抗结肠癌作用,其机制与抑制癌细胞的增殖及促进癌细胞的凋亡有关。

Abstract:Objective: To study the anti-tumor mechanism of Oxymatrine (OM) in order to provide theoretical basis for the applications of OM in treatment of colon cancer. Methods: The effect of OM on apoptotic rate and the cell cycle distribution of colon cancer cell was detected by flow cytometry. Results: OM can cause the apoptosis ,of colon :cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner. It can induce the amount of S phase cells and the apoptotic rate increased while the dose of OM increased, With the change of drug concentration and action time, the percentage of G1 phase changes. Conclusion: The anti-colon cancer effect of OM is related to its ability of inhibiting proliferation and promoting apoptosis of cancer ceils.
