老年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与心律失常的关系

目的：探讨老年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）与心律失常的关系。方法：入选的72例老年OSAS患者和23例非OSAS患者行24h动态心电图后比较两组心律失常发生率。OSAS组按睡眠呼吸暂停/低通气指数（AHI）分轻、中、重度三组,比较三组心律失常发生率及所发生的心律失常的类型。结果：OSAS患者心律失常发生率显著高于非OSAS组（P〈0.01）,随病情程度加重心律失常发生率增高（P〈0.05）,且重度OSAS患者恶性心律失常发生率高。结论：老年人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）与心律失常有很强的相关性,心律失常发生率随OSAS病情加重而增高。

Relationship between cardiac arrhythmia and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome of the elderly

Objective：To investigate the relationship between cardiac arrhythmia and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome of the elderly. Methods：72 cases of senile patients with OSAS and 23 cases of non-OSAS were selected to do Holter ECG monitoring examination. Then the incidence rate of cardiac arrhythmia between two groups was compared. The OSAS group was divided into three sub-groups according to AHI：slight,moderates and severe. The incidence rates and type of cardiac arrhythmia in three sub-groups were compared. Results：The incidence rate of cardiac arrhythmia in OSAS group was observably higher than that in non-OSAS group （P0.01）,and was increase with the seriousness of the illness （P0.05）. The incidence rate of malignant arrhythmia was very high in patients with severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Conclusion：A high correlation exists between cardiac arrhythmia and the senile patients with OSAS,and the incidence rate increases with the seriousness of the illness.
