颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死的相关性研究

目的：探讨不同程度的颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死的关系。方法：选取我院2008年1月~2009年1月住院治疗的60例脑梗死患者,设为脑梗死组;选取同期60例健康体检者,设为对照组。将两组患者分别进行颈动脉超声检查,对其颈动脉狭窄进行分度并对比分析。结果：脑梗死组60例患者中颈动脉粥样硬化53例,占88.3%;对照组60例中颈动脉粥样硬化16例,占26.7%。两组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组颈动脉粥样硬化患者中颈动脉狭窄程度情况比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：颈动脉粥样硬化是脑梗死发生的重要危险因素,颈动脉粥样硬化程度与脑梗死形成的关系更为密切。

Study on the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction

Objective： To explore the relationship on the different degrees of carotid atherosclerosis and cerebral infarc-tion.Methods： 60 patients with cerebral infarction,as cerebral infarction group;60 cases of healthy patients as control group.They all were performed by carotid ultrasonography,and the degree of carotid artery narrow were compared.Re-sults： In the cerebral infarction group,carotid artery atherosclerosis accounted for 88.3% of 53 cases in 60 patients,in the control group,16 cases of 60 cases accounted for 26.7%,there was a significant difference in two groups（P〈0.05）.On the degree of carotid artery narrow,there was a significant difference in the two groups of carotid artery narrow patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Carotid artery atherosclerosis is an important risk factor for cerebral infarction,it is close that carotid atherosclerosis and formation of cerebral infarction.
