子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究

目的：评价子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：对58例患者采用子宫动脉插管方法进行造影后,联合明胶海绵栓塞剂进行栓塞治疗,并于术后第1、3、6、12、24个月分别测量肌瘤的大小、肌瘤内有无血流及子宫的大小变化,并记录患者治疗后的各种反应及月经量变化。结果：58例患者中,治愈7例（12.1%）,显效41例（70.7%）,有效8例（13.8%）,无效2例（3.4%）,总有效率为96.6%。除无效的2例外,治疗前后肌瘤及子宫的大小均有明显缩小,月经量也有不同程度的减少,尤其是术前月经量多的患者减少更明显,且未出现严重并发症,治疗前后比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤是一种创伤性小、痛苦少、恢复快且安全有效的治疗手段。

Clinical research on the treatment of uterine leiomyomate with uterine artery ambolization

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization on the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods：After 58 cases of patients with uterine artery catheterization for angiography,then combined with gelatin sponge embolization agents,and after 1,3,6,12,24 months,the size of the fibroids,uterine and blood flow were measured,a variety of reactions and changes of the patients after treatment in menstrual flow were recorded.Results：Among of 58 patients,7 cases（12.1%） were cured,41 cases were excellence（70.7%）,8 cases were effective（13.8%）,2 cases were no effective（3.4%）.In addition to 2 cases were invalid,before and after treatment the size of uterine fibroids and uterine significantly reduced,menstrual flow was also reduced,particularly in preoperative patients with menstrual quantity decreased more pronounced,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.And did not appear serious complications.Conclusion：Uterine artery embolization for treatment of uterine fibroids is a little invasive,less pain,quick recovery and is also a safe and effective treatment method.
