埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡临床疗效比较

目的：观察埃索美拉唑或奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克林霉素三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将60例经胃镜确诊为胃溃疡的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。实验组给予埃索美拉唑20mg、阿莫西林1g、克林霉素500mg,而对照组给予奥美拉唑20mg、阿莫西林1g、克拉霉素500mg,疗程共7d。评估两组患者在治疗前和治疗7d后的临床症状、胃黏膜溃疡改善情况、Hp根除率以及用药后的不良反应。结果：实验组和对照组症状改善率分别为85.1%和80.0%,Hp根除率分别为93.2%和84.6%,胃黏膜溃疡改善率为90.7%和84.2%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组不良反应发生率相似。结论：埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的疗效优于奥美拉唑三联疗法,值得本地区临床推广。

Clinical efficiency comparison of Esomeprazole and Omeprazole triple therapies on gastric ulcer

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficiency of Esomeprazole or Omeprazole,Amoxicillin and Clindamycin triple therapies on gastric ulcer.Methods：We randomly separated 60 patients who had been approved gastric ulcer by gastric endoscope into experimental group（n=30） and control group（n=30）.Experimental group patients treated by Esomeprazole 20 mg,Amoxicillin 1 g and Clindamycin 500 mg per day whereas control group treated by Omeprazole 20 mg,Amoxi cillin 1 g and Clindamycin 500 mg per day for totally 7 days.Before treatment and 7 days after treatment,clinical symp tom,condition improvement of stomach mucous,eliminated rate of Hp and the side effect of drug were compared between the two groups.Results：The symptom improvement rate in experimental group and control group were 85.1% and 80.0% respectively,the eliminated rate of Hp were 93.2% and 84.6%,and the ulcer condition improvement rate in both groups were 90.7% and 84.2%,the differences between two group were statistical significance（P〈0.05）,and the side effect was similar in two group.Conclusion：Esomeprazole triple therapies is better than Omeprazole triple therapies and it deserves to be broadly clinical application in our district.
