不同剂量质子泵抑制剂治疗消化性溃疡出血临床观察

目的：探讨不同剂量质子泵抑制剂治疗消化性溃疡出血临床疗效。方法：将186例消化性溃疡出血患者随机分为大剂量组93例,常规剂量组93例,观察两组临床疗效并进行比较。结果：大剂量组总有效率（96.77%）与常规剂量组（82.79%）比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：应用大剂量质子泵抑制泮托拉唑并持续静滴能够明显抑制胃酸分泌,降低胃内pH值,促进消化性溃疡出血停止,促进疾病康复。

Clinical observation on different doses of proton pump inhibitor treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding

Objective： To investigate the effect of proton pump inhibitor treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding in clinical efficacy. Methods： 186 cases of peptic ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into high-dose group （93 cases） and conventional dose group （93 cases）, the clinical efficacy was compared. Results： Compared the total effective dose of high-dose group （96.77%） with the conventional dose group （82.79%）, there was significant difference （P0.01）. Conclusion： High dose proton pump inhibitor pantoprazole and continuous infusion can inhibit gastric acid secretion, reduce gastric pH value, promote peptic ulcer bleeding stopped, and promote recovery from disease.
