复方苦参注射液联合顺铂腹腔灌注化疗治疗恶性腹水的疗效观察

目的：观察顺铂联合复方苦参注射液腹腔灌注治疗恶性腹水的疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2007年4月～2010年4月61例消化道肿瘤癌性腹水患者治疗情况,将其分为治疗组（A组）和对照组（B组）,A组31例患者给予顺铂联合复方苦参注射液腹腔灌注治疗,B组30例患者给予顺铂腹腔灌注治疗。结果：全部患者腹水消退的总有效率为57.3%,A组有效率为64.5%（20/31）,B组为50.1%（15/30）,A组有效率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组之间的毒副反应比较,A组恶心、呕吐、骨髓抑制等副作用明显低于B组。A组白细胞化疗后较化疗前降低不明显（P〉0.05）;B组白细胞化疗后较化疗前降低明显（P〈0.05）。血红蛋白及血小板影响较小。结论：顺铂联合复方苦参注射液腹腔灌注治疗恶性腹水有效率高,毒性反应小,治疗方便安全,不仅改善了症状,而且提高了患者的生活质量,作为姑息治疗手段,值得临床推广。
