摘    要:目的:探讨经皮微创锁定加压钛板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2005—2009年采用经皮微创钢板固定技术(MIPPO)结合锁定钛板(LCP)治疗34例胫骨远端骨折患者(治疗组)的临床资料,并与40例传统切开复位内固定术(对照组)进行比较研究。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,显著减少了手术时间、术中出血量。并减少了伤口愈合时间、骨痂形成时间及骨折愈合时间,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。术后关节功能及并发症的发生率与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。结论:MIPPO结合LCP治疗手术时间短、术中出血量少、伤口愈合快、骨痂形成及骨折愈合时间短,且术后关节功能及并发症的发生率与传统术式无差异,值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) technology combined with locking compression plate (LCP) fixation in treatment of distal tibia] fractures. Methods: Retrospective analysis was made on 34 patients who were diagnosed as distal tibia] fractures and were cured with MIPPO technology combined with LCP fixation (treatment group) in our hospital from 2005 to 2009, and they were compared with 40 patients treated by traditional open reduction and internal fixation (control group). Results: The operation time, blood loss, wound healing time, callus formation time, fracture healing time of treatment group were less than those of control group, and there were significant difference between the two groups (all P〈O.05). Postoperative joint function and incidence rate of complication of treatment group were compared with those of control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (all P〉0.05). Conclusion: operation time, blood loss, wound healing time, time to callus formation, fracture healing time of MIPPO technology combined with LCP fixation are short, and its postoperative joint function and incidence rate of complication have no difference compared with traditional operation. It is worth to use in clinical work.
